 Suit Up! - Reminder

Reminder: Tuesday practices are at Freedom High School.

The spring session is set to begin at Liberty High School on Monday, April 16^th.

 Eastern Zone Short Course Meet - Update

Congratulations to Lauren Hull on her selection to this year's Eastern Zone Team.

The 2012 Eastern Zone Short Course Meet will be held this year March 28^th - 31^st in Webster, NY.

The short course Eastern Zone All-Star Meet is the premier age group meet of the Short Course season. Outstanding swimmers from all over the Northeast, representing the twelve LSC’s of the Eastern Zone, compete for top honors. It is a privilege to be selected to represent Middle Atlantic Swimming at the Zone Meet.

 Swim-A-Thon

We are pleased to let you know that Lehigh Valley Aquatic's annual Swim-a-thon will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2012. The Swim-a-thon will be held during your swimmer's regularly scheduled practice.

Information packets, with donations sheets and envelopes, will be sent home during the next few days. Once your swimmer receives the packet, he/she can begin asking family and friends for donations. The donations can be for either a flat amount or on a per lap basis. Prizes will be awarded from USA swimming for swimmers who collect $50.00 or more in donations. Prizes will also be awarded from LVA. Please keep in mind that no cash donations can be accepted by LVA. One check, for the total amount your swimmer collects, should be made out to LVA. All donations are due by April 30th.

Refreshments will be provided for the swimmers after the Swim-a-thon. We thank you in advance for your support. We are sure that with all of us working together, our Swim-a-thon will be a tremendous success! Please contact us with any questions.
